-> Have a page near the door that has the URL for the wiki page of the event, saying "lightning talks schedule her"

People Liked:

-> People used garbage bins and dust bins

-> The mansion is cool

-> Internet worked good

-> Surprise visit from Korean School Girls

-> Mexican Hackers

-> Lighting talks

-> People liked it, but at least 1 person thinks that they should not last super long, maybe a good question is worth it but a lot of them is not.

-> Making sure we order food earlier on.  Props to Jelena for ordering food, but some people feel it was a little late.

People didn't like:

-> Chairs and space.

-> Shades could help

-> Shades tables and power cords outside, that needed more planning.

-> Parking tickets. Ran out of parking space.

-> WE NEED TO INFORM PEOPLE ABOUT PARKING NEXT TIME WE DO THIS.

-> One thing would be cool, its always hard to tell what is going on, would be cool if people could have some signs where people can write stuff, like if someone is hacking on something, they can put a sign, and that way people can advertize what they are doing and sharing and teaching.

-> Culture of dev house has changed a lot, it feels a way less project base. So doing this(last point) would encourage on people to hack on projects.

Ideas:

-> Donation box on front

-> In mexico we have done two rounds of lighting talks, one after lunch and one in the evening and that lets people share ideas and then when they are hacking on the afternoon they already know what people are working on that.

-> Discusion about planning and how flexible to be with those sort of things.

-> It would be cool to have a hack the future sort of mechanic that woul allow people to show up and say I can help with this and that and then at the end of the day you can show what you did about that.

-> Trailer was not something we could move, the trailer was sort of empty, we should re-org how that works. We should find someone who could move that trailer and make it work
